INTRODUCTION

I have been with the Beatrice Public Schools since 1988. My first duties were strictly within the Business Department, but have since expanded/changed to include Computer Technology. Extra-Curricular assignments over the years have included: Coaching; Middle School Volleyball, Sophomore Volleyball, Junior Varsity Volleyball, Cheerleading Sponsor, and Driver's Education Driving Instructor.

In 1995, as a part of my Master's Program, I developed and implemented an individualized curriculum for the Computer Technology courses at Beatrice High School. This allowed for individual differences in prior knowledge and interests of each student. This continues to be a challenging and rewarding experience, since technology changes and continually requires new units and materials to be developed and implemented.
