Introduction
Hello! Stoddard School has been my "home away from
home" for 17 years. One year of that time was spent as a Resource
teacher and the rest has been as a second grade teacher. Prior to
moving to Beatrice, I taught in the Special Education program in
Grand Island for 7 years.
Second graders are fantastic...enthusiastic, eager, accepting of
each other, excited about their accomplishments. Watching them
growing in their ability, interest and love of reading is
especially rewarding. Of course 2nd graders are also known as the
best huggers in the world!
