MEETINGS /DEADLINE:
UPWARD BOUND PARTICIPANTS: Jill is taking seniors on a college visit so will not be here today. There will be NO one-on-one meetings. There also will be NO Upward Bound tutoring tonight. It has been moved to Wednesday @ 3:45 in the Library.
FORENSICS: students in Miss Glenn’s forensics class must present their speech in Rm 218 tonight.
SCHOOL-TO-CAREER: Work Hour Forms for last week are due to Mr. Campbell TODAY!

CONGRATULATIONS: to Chloe Emerson for being selected to the All Class All State Golf Team for 2007
SOUP’S ON - Be sure to attend the soup supper tomorrow night in the high school commons area. The Journalism Department will be serving soup from 4:30 until 7:30 p.m. The cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children. It'll be good...See you there!
SPEECH TEAM: If interested in participating or wonder what we are about, contact Mr. Ankrom in Rm 135 for information and schedule. If interested in going Friday to Lincoln contest, let Mr. Ankrom know today as only a limited number of seats remain.
WORLD LANGUAGE CLUB: meeting on Thursday December 6th at 7:50 in Señora Matson's room 126.
SOPHOMORE HAL: need response on if attending or not on Monday before 3:30. Dinner is on Wednesday, December 5.
YEARBOOK:editors are reminded of the 7:45 a.m. meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 7 in room 128.
Limited Edition Madrigal Feast will be held on Dec. 13, 14, & 15 at 6:30 p.m. at Centenary Methodist Church. Tickets continue to remain available in limited numbers for all nights.
MATH CONTEST: Anyone interested in entering the AMC 10/12 test competition, needs to let your math instructor know. If you are not currently in a math class, please let Mr. Ankrom know.

SENIOR FINANCIAL AID/SCHOLARSHIP MEETING: next Wednesday, December 5 during 4th period in the Hevelone Center.

Don’t forget to check the hallway wall across from the Student Services office each week. Seniors especially, will be pleased to find information about college open houses, many out of state college posters, upcoming college visits to BHS< scholarship programs, colleges who accept a common application, art institutes and military information. Posters change a couple times each well. Check it out.
