GOAL #1 To ensure that a rigorous and relevant K-12 curriculum & instructional program is delivered for the purpose of raising student achievement
Indicator # 1: Align K-12 Curriculum
Indicator # 2:Measure increased student achievement in core curriculum areas of reading and math by:
- District scores remaining above the state average
- An increase in the percent of cohort students in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quartiles on the TerraNova reading and math composite scores
Indicator # 3: Assess the status of 21st Century learning
Goal #2: To support Professional Learning Communities
Indicator # 1: Create a comprehensive long-range plan for professional development activities aligned to continuous improvement of the Learning Community
Indicator # 2: Develop strategies to use data effectively
Goal #3: To develop a comprehensive facility plan to meet the student needs of Beatrice Public Schools
Indicator # 1: Prioritize facility needs of the district
Goal #4: To maximize all sources of revenue to meet the student needs of Beatrice Public Schools
Indicator # 1: Identify opportunities for developing additional revenue streams to help support general fund expenditures.
