I would like every child to bring some type of 100’s day project this Friday(tomorrow)! (see blue 100 day note from last Monday for more info.)
Please practice the decodable words your child is bringing home each month cut apart. If you have the internet at home and lost your login for our reading program site let me know and I’ll get it to you again. I can really tell who the kids are who are practicing these at home. Thanks!
Please continue to send snow pants, boots, hats, gloves, etc. when needed! If your child doesn’t have an extra set of clothes at school please send one in a zip lock bag with their name!   We’ll keep them here in their cubby in case they get too wet or have some type of accident. Hopefully this will avoid us having to call you at work to bring dry clothes. Thank you!
What we’ve been up to in January:
Penguin unit
Learned to write the letters U, V, W, X, O, Q, G, I, T, A and S.
Snow unit (snowballs, snowmen, snowflakes)
Made a Counting on Winter book
Practicing writing numbers that aren’t reversed from 1-20
