CLASS COMPETITIONS: class with the fewest members on the Friday "F" (No-Release) list.
LUNCH TODAY: CENTER COURT – Chicken Noodle Casserole & LEFT FIELD – Fish Taco or a Cold Hoagie Sandwich on the cold fruit bar. Hot vegetables include: Broccoli w/cheese and French Fries.
EVENTS & ACTIVITIES –
SWIM & DIVE: Triangular at South Sioux City along with Om. Skutt. Starts at 4:00. Please release at 11:00.
WRESTLING: Dual at Fairbury starting at 6:00
BASKETBALL: hosting Falls City, Girls Reserves at 6:00, Boys Frosh at 7:30.
MEETINGS / DEADLINES:
SPEECH: Practice tonight until 6:00 in Rm 235. (Ankrom)
COMPUTER CLUB: If you have an interest in computers, coding and networking join us after school in Rm 110 with Mick next Tuesday, February 6, to hear about BHS’s new computer club.
1. Friday, Feb. 2 - Show Choirs and Jazz Band trip to Central City, load at 8:15 and depart at 8:30.
2. Monday, Feb. 5 - "Dinner and a Show…. Choir" event. Beatrice Fine Arts Boosters Chili and Cinnamon Roll Feed from 5:45-7:45 followed by the concert of BPS Show Choirs: BMS’s Delegation at 8:00 pm., First Edition at 8:20 p.m. and Limited Edition at 8:40 p.m.
3. Tuesday, Feb. 6 - River Cities Conference Honor Music ensembles at Ralston all day.
ALSO, MARK YOUR CALENDAR: BHS will be hosting Wrestling Districts on Friday & Saturday, February 9 & 10. Due to this, students will be released at 12:30 on Friday the 9th. Students will meet all 8 periods but class time will only be 23 or 24 minutes in duration. 5th period will be moved to after the scheduled 8th period to allow for existing 5th period lunch assignments to remain the same.

SENIORS: if you are applying for a Susan Buffett Scholarship, remember they are due by 5:00 TODAY, February 1. (Prososki)
