EVENTS & ACTIVITIES: PLC early out,NO KNOWN MENTOR MEETINGS
At state basketball Thursday night:
*Game time Thursday for Beatrice girls vs. Sidney is 8:45pm at the Devaney Center. Ticket prices are $7 for adults and $5 for students.
*No signs, balloons, confetti or noise makers are permitted. Fans are required to wear shirts (and their other clothing).
*Students attending Thursday will wait at the Southeast concourse level to wait for the students of the 7pm game (South Sioux) to clear that area. BHS students will sit in the EAST B level and C level seats.
*All fans are expected to represent Beatrice in a first-class manner. Cheer FOR OUR TEAM, not against the opponent.
*If Beatrice wins Thursday, they will play at 3:45pm Friday at Pinnacle Bank Arena. Beatrice schools, district-wide, would then dismiss at 1:45pm to allow students and staff to attend the game.
Class Competition this week will be a School Spirit Dress Up Day this Thursday to help encourage the Girls Basketball Team at State. Wear all the Orange and Black you have to school! Be sure to check in at the front door Thursday morning. (Leadership)
GIRLS BASKETBALL FANS: There will be a send-off for the State Bound Lady O players at 5:00 Thursday evening in the driveway circle. All are welcome to come and enjoy their send-off.
MEETINGS / DEADLINES:
SPEECH: Practice until 5:00, after school in Rm 235. Students going to the Malcolm speech meet this Friday can pick up a schedule of the meet from Mr. Ankrom, we will leave from school at 6:06 am this Saturday. If you want to go to Conestoga Meet, Saturday, March 10, let a coach know.

Seniors: The next scholarship due date is TOMORROW, at 4:00 p.m. This does include the numbered one. Stop by Student Services with any questions.
Junior boys interested in attending Cornhusker Boys State this summer need to turn in an application by TOMORROW. See Mr. Post if you have any questions.
There will be a representative here from Peru State College on Thursday, March 1. If you are interested in visiting with this representative, please stop by Student Services and leave your name.

YMCA is accepting applications for the following. Summer Camp Summer-Time; M-F, Duties-to supervise the kid's camps this summer. Supervising, doing activities with kids, playing. Need to energetic and love kids. This would be GREAT experience for anyone looking at the Education Academy or education as a career choice.
