Sophomores won their first class competition last week by being the class with the fewest tardies. Standings as of today are:
Juniors - 537.50 pts
Freshmen - 437.50 pts
Seniors - 425 pts
Sophomores - 200 pts
LUNCH TODAY: Center Court & Left Field – Walking Tacos or a Cold Hoagie Sandwich on the cold fruit bar. Hot Veggies include: Tater Tots, Refried Beans and Roasted White Corn/Black Beans.
If you have a negative balance - DO NOT ASK for EXTRAS – they will be removed from your tray. Everyone currently with a negative balance, has received a note from the cafeteria telling you of your negative amount. Please take care of this to escape being placed on the Fines & Fees list. Also remember you have 5 more days to eat here before Open Campus possibilities during finals.

RESERVE GIRLS and FROSH BOYS BASKETBALL: at Fairbury, Girls at 6:00 and Boys at 7:30.
SCHOOL BOARD MEEING at 7:00 at the Admin Bldg.
MEETINGS / DEADLINES:
Christmas Wish List Penny Wars Competition Update from donations received during the day last Friday. Sophomores lead with negative $23.62
2nd place Freshmen with negative $29.21
3rd place Juniors with negative $35.37
4th place Seniors with negative $62.48
ART CLUB MEETING: our last meeting for this semester will be this Thursday at 3:45 in Rm 24. Also, students painting a ceiling tile MUST BE DONE THIS WEEK. If you don't think you will make this deadline, you need to see Miss Cherrry.
Speech practice after school today. Let Mr. Ankrom or Ms. Brumond know by tomorrow after school if you are competing in the LSE speech meet this Friday.
Another Reminder: Those who donate a kid's toy/gift at Tuesday's wrestling meet will receive a coupon for a free popcorn. Also your Penny Wars money jars will be at this event to collect money for the Christmas Wish List, money collected will count toward the class competition which ends this Wednesday, December 12. Pennies are your only way to become positive.
LIBRARY/MEDIA CENTER sent notices of books needing to be returned or renewed before finals. Please take care of this to escape being on the Fines & Fees list being compiled. For those of you who are unaware, if you are listed on the Fines and Fees list you will not be able to leave for open campus lunch during finals next week!
SCHOLARSHIPS, CLASSES & DEADLINES: Additional INFO in Student Services Office.
Computer Science and/or coding: If you are interested in attending the Coding Session with a guest a speaker this thursday, let Mrs. Oltman or Mr. Ankrom know by Wednesday. There are two sessions; one at 1:30 and the other at 2:30. The guest speaker is a computer science teacher from UNL who coaches a computer science coding team at international contests.
MEDIA CENTER CLOSED: tomorrow, Tuesday, December 11, media center will be closed during periods 2 & 4. Seniors attending SCC will be taking tests. Please do not send students down during this time. (Rosenbaum)
