BMS Concession Stand Help Schedule

At the end of the 2011 - 2012 school year, the BMS parent organization awarded $3,000 dollars in monetary grants to BMS teachers for classroom use to support student learning. Some of the grants included the 7th grade FCS Cookbook, the Kensington Adopt a Grandparent project, music stands, support for staff writing curriculum, introduction to Robotics, and technology tools for classroom usage. BMS staff members appreciate the support that you provide for them through the grants, Parent-Teacher Conference meals, and Teacher Appreciation Day soup luncheon. Your help is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE HELP DURING THE 2012 - 2013 SCHOOL YEAR!!
The money for the Parent Organization grants come from the profit generated from the Beatrice Middle School concession stand. The concession stand is open during all BMS athletic activities. Your help is needed to work in the concession stand for the 2012 - 2013 school year. The time frame for the concession stand is approximately 3:30 to 6:00 as most BMS activities start at 4:00 and finish at approximately 6:00. BMS would like two parents at each activity at the middle school who will work with several BMS students in the concession stand. For BMS football, the concession stand at the House of Orange will be used for our parents and students. Please check the concession stand schedule below for a list of dates and times in which you can help. Contact the BMS office at 223-1545 to sign up. The concession stand opens at approximately the time listed, which is one-half hour before game time. If you can not arrive at the opening time but can arrive shortly after, BMS will work with you. The concession stand is open for approximately two hours after game time.
