Help for the Office

by Julie Stuart
October 16, 2003

When a student will be absent from school due to illness, travel or personal reasons, it is helpful to call the school office in advance.  The school secretary can then notify the classroom teacher so that homework and other assignments can be put together in advance.

When a student will be absent from school due to illness, the parents should contact the school office and let them know.  It is very helpful if the office is contacted before 9:00 a.m.  The telephone number for the office at Lincoln Elementary is 223-1575.  Any homework that parents would like to pick up will be available after 3:30 of that day.
