Phoebe Hammond

Phoebe Hamann is a 1948 graduate of BHS. Phoebe earned a BA music degree in 1952 and a MA degree in 1980 from UNL. She founded the Theatre Arts for Youth in 1970 and in 1984 the Strings Alliance in Lincoln Music Camp. She has organized Lolly Pot Concerts, which brought members fo the Lincolh Symphony into schools. Her work has earned her numerous honors, including the Mayor's Award and has she has served on verius Arts boards
