Registration for the 2025-2026 school year will be utilized online through the EZRouting website. An email will be sent out from “info@EZRouting” on May 5th to the email address on file and a link will be provided for you to create your login/password to verify/request transportation. If you have already set up a login/password from last year, you will use that. If you do not have an email address or access to the internet, you will need to come to the Board Office at 320 N 5th St., Monday –Thursday 8:30am – 3:30pm or Friday 8:30am 3:00pm to use one of our computers.
Registration is due no later than May 31, 2025. If you do not register prior to May 31, 2025, the student may not have transportation for the year. All regular PK-12 education students requesting transportation will have a bus pass issued from the Administration Building at 320 N 5th St. This must be shown to the driver before entrance onto the bus is allowed. All cards will be provided to students after completing the online registration and payment is received before the start of school. Students that qualify for Special Education Transportation (which is written in their IEP) do not require a bus pass but do need to register through EZRouting for transportation. Families requesting this service must register for the entire year. A new registration period is required each year.Fee for Transportation: Students that qualify for Special Education Transportation which is written in their IEP and students that live 4 miles or more from the attendance site (State Statute 79-611) will be provided transportation at no charge. Students in grades PK-12 who do not meet this criteria and who request to ride the bus will be charged a transportation fee. Please see the transportation fee table. Families with multiple students that request busing will pay full price for the first student and each student thereafter will be charged a reduced rate. There is a payment plan which can be set up with the secretary at the Administration Building. The fee can be paid by accessing the Parent Portal in Infinite Campus or in person at the Administration Building at 320 N 5th St. Beatrice, NE 68310. Due to limited capacity, services will be based upon “first come-first serve” so it is very important to register before the deadline. Please note, depending on the number of requests, we may not have seats available for all that register. If the student starts the services after September 30th, the fee will be prorated. Payment is expected at the time the request is approved prior to the first day of school. This service will not be extended if an insufficient check is used for payment or no payment is made. A prorated refund will only be provided if a student moves to a location in which it would be unreasonable to expect continued participation in the program. The bus card must be returned before the refund will be sent.
Students will be transported to and from the same location each day of the week. Students cannot be transported to different addresses on different days of the week or one address one week and another address another week. Your AM or PM location does not have to be the same.
Alternate Address Requests: If a student wants to be bused from outside their legal residence area (ex: daycare or grandparents, etc.) and there is a stop near where they want to go and there is room on the bus, they can use this as an alternate address.
Behavior:
Please remember riding the bus is a
privilege
and may be revoked for serious policy/safety/behavior violations. If a student is dismissed because of policy/safety/behavior violations, no refund will be extended.

Solicitudes de dirección alternativa: Si un estudiante quiere ser transportado en autobús desde fuera de su área de residencia legal (por ejemplo: guardería o abuelos, etc.) y hay una parada cerca de donde quiere ir y hay espacio en el autobús, puede usar esto como una dirección alternativa..
Comportamiento:
Por favor recuerde que viajar en autobús es un privilegio y puede ser revocado por violaciones graves de política/seguridad/comportamiento. Si un estudiante es despedido debido a violaciones de política/seguridad/comportamiento, no se extenderá ningún reembolso.
