Attention 8th graders: Are you interested in making change happen in the Beatrice Community? Are there things that you would like to see happen in Beatrice? Would you like to learn more about how the community works? Youth Leadership Beatr ice is an opportunity to provide our 9th and 10th grade students a way to engage in civic and community leadership. If you are interested in getting involved and making a difference, please stop by the office to pick up an application. Applications are due back to the BMS office by May 17.
All library books are due back in the library tomorrow (Tuesday) morning during mentor. There will be no new checkouts after that point so you need to plan accordingly. If you need to pay for a lost or damaged book, you need to do that by this Friday as well.
All take home chromebooks need to be returned this Friday with the charger. Please wipe your chromebook down with a damp cloth before bringing it back. Failure to return the charging cord is a $20 fine.
Any 6th and 7th grade girl interested in playing volleyball this fall, should attend a meeting after school tomorrow (Tuesday) in the gym. If you are unable to attend, please see Coach Kobza or Coach Vogel for information about summer opportunities and fall requirements.
All 8th grade girls or boys interested in wrestling next season should meet in the gym on Thursday at 2:50 to meet with Coach Wells & Coach Johnson.
Any middle school boys interested in playing basketball next year, should plan to meet with Coach Ribble tomorrow (Tuesday) @ 2:40 in the main gym.
UNL Extension, BCH & NGage are holding a Babysitting Clinic Friday, May 31st. Online enrollment information is available at the office!
2024-2025 Freshman Student Council members....you will meet with Mrs. Doyle-Workman this Thursday @ 8:15 in the media center!
